Quality assurance (QA) and control
Rival’s quality assurance inspectors remain at the factory full-time to oversee all stages of production, including cutting, stitching, lasting, and finishing.
Fit assurance
We ensure that before your shoe ever makes its way into the factory, it fits with your team and ours. Once your footwear is in production, we monitor daily fit trials throughout the process.
Material management
Our team works closely with manufacturers, inspecting materials prior to an in production.
Chemical and physical test
We exceed standard factory testing by performing additional exacting tests on components and leathers in our on-site laboratory, to catch and correct any chemical issues before going into production. All of our production materials are rigorously tested to fully meet or exceed physical and chemical requirements according to Prop 65, REACH and AAFA specifications. Our own lab is SATRA certified.
